PAYMENT POLICY
In order for the room reservation to be confirmed a deposit of the full stay including tax is required.
The payment can be done either credit card or by e-banking.
                                                    
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of any cancellation, the following fees will be applied:
// Cancellation made 5 days prior to the booked date – no fee and the deposit will be used for a future reservation.
// Cancellation made from 4 days prior to the booked date until the same day – a fee of the total amount will be charged
// In case of an early check out, with a 24 hour notice, there is no fee. Otherwise, the guest needs to pay a fee of an extra night.
// In case of a no-show, the total amount will be charged.

RESERVATION POLICY
Check-in is at 14:00
Check-out is at 12:00
In case of a late check out, the hotel needs to be informed.
In case the guest leaves the room:
// Until 14:00, there is an extra charge of 10€
// Until 15:00, there is an extra charge of 15€
// Until 18:00, 50% of the room rate
// After 18:00, 100% of the room rate
The reservation is valid until 22:00 on the same day.  In case of a late check  in, please inform the hotel.
